Our Services

MCS Backflow provides backflow prevention assembly testing, cross-connection control surveys, and related compliance documentation for properties in the Quad Cities area. We are licensed under Iowa DIAL BPAT License No. BPAT5795 and registered with BSI Online. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing at the time of your request.

Quotes, Scheduling & Payment

Quotes are provided based on the information you supply (such as device count and property details) and may be adjusted if on-site conditions differ. Scheduling is confirmed by us in response to your request. Payment terms are communicated at the time of service. You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the devices to be tested.

Compliance Filing

As part of our service, we may file test results with BSI Online and submit documentation to the relevant water purveyor on your behalf. While we take care to file accurately and on time, you remain responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable requirements affecting your property.

Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring informational and transactional messages from MCS Backflow at the number you provide, including appointment reminders, scheduling, and compliance notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website or our services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the site's operation, or to submit false or misleading information.
